Each package has 4 very large tea bags filled with a blend of natural herbs. Enough for 4 or 5 baths! Add one or two bags to your hot bath water and allow to steep like tea. Gently squeeze the tea bags and set them out of the tub. For a more concentrated tea bath steep the bags in a pan of boiling water for about 5 minutes then pour that water into your bath water! Note: These are not to be ingested as a drink!

Tip: I have the essential oils to make soaps that would be a wonderful addition to the bath teas as well as body cream . All these combined in a basket would make a very elegant gift!
